That happens with each and every one of our trips with the Accor Group. The one with Movenpick Surabaya is no exception. The heart was there, from the moment we stepped into the front door. FOM Amalia was there - all smiles, open arms to greet us. GM Eksi was a step away to get us started on our great Movenpick experience once more. It was all hearts, from each and every one we met from the ground floor More Lounge to the 21st, the Patito on 7th. Executive Chef Vanda was there in person to attend to us, whipping up the best meals we've had this trip, ensuring the right level of sweetness or saltiness, just right smoothness and spiciness; perfect as perfection should be. HM Lucky Idris was not far behind to add cheers to every encounter, making light every conversation. And, our room on the 21st was magnificent; couldn't ask for more - every amenity of creature comfort was there - comfortable bed, long bath, mini bar, you name it, they gave it. Through every detail, the heart shows; every greeting, personal and close by name, not from one member, but by every staff that came our way. All good but TV isnt working well Customer review rating Rifan Couples - 6/7/2023 Confirmed reviews ALL Good stay, facility, clean room, etc but TV/IPTV wasnt working well. Technician was trying to fix the problem, he said that it only need to restart the IPTV box and eventually it fixed. But it only works for +- 15 minutes and after that IPTV wasnt working anymore not available. The room was spacious, the bathroom size quite large & clean with complete amenities, big TV screen with complete channel, and the bed is soo comfy & large. There’s no flaw i found during i’m stay here. Definitely will comeback whenever i go to Surabaya. Was nice but need some improvement Customer review rating My S.
